I, the undersigned, acknowledge that sport fishing involves inherent risk and dangers, including but not limited to, physical exertion, weather conditions, equipment failure, and interactions with marine life. I understand and accept these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in this activity.
I agree to release and discharge DC Charters Ltd, and its owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, or cause action that may arise from my participation in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I declare that I am physically fit and do not have any medical condition that would prevent me from safely participation in this sport fishing activity. I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the charter crew.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DC Charters Ltd, and its owner from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in this activity.
Photo Release:
I grant DC Charters Ltd permission to use any photographs or videos taken during this fishing trip for promotional purposes.
